Another patron brought their dog with them and the dog was underneath his table and as our client was walking by the dog jumped out and bit our client.
Now, this dog had a history of violence, it had attacked multiple people, multiple other animals, so that owner had a duty to make sure that bringing his pet into the restaurant was not going to endanger those around him. And thankfully we were able to pursue a case on behalf of our client, helped get her justice for the injuries she received.
