I just got back from a preliminary hearing with my client who was wrongfully accused of a crime that she did not commit, but we were able to get that dismissed for her. We filed some motions showing the court that the state did not have proper evidence against her and that they had no probable cause to make an arrest in the first place. And so using those, we were able to get her case dismissed against her.
